Qualifications and Experience:**

Bachelor’s Degree in Education with specialization in French.

3 years of relevant IB (MYP and/or DP) experience in the subject area is highly desirable.

Teachers Service Commission (TSC) registration certificate.

Plan and deliver high-quality French lessons aligned with IB (MYP & DP) curriculum standards.

Develop students’ proficiency in speaking, listening, reading and writing in French.

Foster cultural awareness and appreciation for the language.
-
Design differentiated learning experiences to meet diverse student needs.
-
Use inquiry-based and student-centered teaching approaches.
-
Implement formative and summative assessments using IB criteria.
-
Provide timely, accurate feedback and maintain clear student progress records.
-
Prepare students for internal and external assessments, including IB examinations.

Create a safe, inclusive and engaging classroom environment.
-
Act as a Homeroom Tutor, supporting students’ academic and pastoral needs.
-
Contribute to co-curricular activities, language clubs and school events.

Engage actively in parent communication and Parent-Teacher Conferences.
-
Participate in collaborative planning with the Languages Department.
