What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field

  • 0–2 years’ experience in administration, operations, or customer-facing roles

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Confidence handling phone and email communication professionally

  • High attention to detail and strong organizational ability

  • Reliable, consistent, and able to manage repetitive tasks with accuracy

Vendor Coordination & Communication**

  • Manage vendor portals to track compliance requirements and updates

  • Communicate with vendors via email and phone to request and follow up on documentation

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and confidently

  • Maintain clear, timely, and professional communication with external stakeholders

Documentation & Compliance Support****

  • Review vendor submissions for accuracy and completeness

  • Track outstanding requirements and follow up consistently

  • Maintain organized, up-to-date records across systems

  • Flag missing or non-compliant documentation for escalation

Client Support**

  • Support day-to-day compliance operations in line with client expectations

  • Provide timely updates on progress, issues, and outstanding items

  • Escalate risks or delays proactively
