This is a senior position in the University teaching or research career. The appointee shall be expectedto provide academic/research leadership to members in lower academic/research grades. Appointmentis either on Permanent and Pensionable terms or on a three (3) year renewable performance-based contract, depending on age, citizenship, or any other reason. REQUIREMENTS****Academic Qualification Must have Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery, and a Masters in Medicine in a surgical discipline (General Surgery, Orthopedics, ENT, Neurosurgery, Cardiothoracic surgery, Urology, Plastics Surgery, Pediatric Surgery, Ophthalmology, or Obstetrics Gynaecology etc) Or must have Bachelor in Dental surgery and Masters in medicine maxillofacial surgery, or orthodontics Fellowship, Research fellowship and PhD an added advantage
