Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, or related field.

5–8 years of relevant procurement experience, with exposure to international sourcing.

Professional certification (CIPS/KISM)will be an added advantage.

Strong negotiation skill and effective supplier relationship management.

Proven experience in import processes and regulatory compliance.

High level of integrity, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Lead strategic sourcing initiatives to optimize cost, quality, and delivery outcomes.

Manage and develop relationships with both local and international suppliers.

Negotiate contracts and drive commercial value across procurement categories.

Oversee the end-to-end procurement process, from RFQ to delivery.

Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Coordinate import processes, including documentation and logistics.
-
Monitor supplier performance and implement continuous improvements.
-
Support budgeting, cost analysis, and reporting.
