Key Responsibilities****Call Management & After‑Hours Support

Respond to after‑hours messages routed through the answering service.

Triage concerns and escalate urgent matters when appropriate.

Maintain clear, professional, and timely communication.
Schedule Adjustments (Not Full Scheduling)**

Manage last‑minute caregiver call‑outs and shift changes.**

Adjust existing schedules to maintain uninterrupted coverage.

Notify caregivers and clients promptly of schedule changes.

Support continuity of care during evening and overnight hours.
Administrative Support**
