Responsible for delivering excellent customer service in the showroom, managing enquiries and communications, and driving sales through follow-ups and conversions. Ensures proper product presentation and showroom organization while maintaining the company’s image. Also coordinates after-sales service, including repair intake, customer updates, and payment collection prior to product release.
Attending to walk- in customers satisfactorily by ensuring that they are served in a timely and courteous manner as well as directing all visitors to various departments.
Receiving and directing telephone and other forms of communication in a professional manner
Responsible for ensuring that the company’s image is upheld in the showroom through professionalism and proper presentation of the company’s product
Follow-up on all enquiries made at the show room to convert them to actual sales.
Follow-up on products sold to customers to ensure that the customers are satisfied by the products and also avail feedback received from such follow-ups
Responsible for marketing of the company’s products through cold calling, prospecting, negotiation and closing sales
Organizing products in the showroom ensuring that the showroom remains neat at all times and that products are visible to the customers
Receiving machines/equipment sold only by Pergamon for repair and issuing of job cards to clients on the same, then hand over the machines/equipment to the technical personnel
Contacting the customers when their machines are ready for collection
Ensuring that all service and maintenance charges are collected before releasing the machines/equipment to the customers.
