Sales & Brand Representative (Expansion Role)

Objective :** Your mission is to drive sales growth in premium baby retail and selected healthcare channels by combining product knowledge, field execution, and relationship building.

You will play a key role in supporting sales activities, building professional relationships, and executing field activations and educational initiatives that enhance brand presence and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:** **

Sales Execution ** **

  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets

  • Support order planning by reviewing stock levels and product performance

  • Identify opportunities to expand sales within assigned accounts

Relationship Management ** **

  • Build and maintain professional relationships with healthcare professionals and retail partners

  • Support product understanding and appropriate usage through regular engagement

Brand Activation & Events ** **

  • Support the planning and execution of in-store promotions and educational events

  • Assist in creating engaging customer experiences to drive product awareness

Reporting & Communication ** **

  • Maintain regular alignment with the MD and office team

  • Submit timely and accurate daily/weekly reports on activities, feedback, and sales progress

Market Intelligence ** **

  • Monitor competitor pricing, promotions, and product activities

  • Share relevant insights to support sales strategy and decision-making

Operational Support **

  • Ensure proper product display and merchandising in stores

  • Support order processing, customer communication, and payment follow-up in line with company policies

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, or related field.

2–4 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Sales, or FMCG Sales is an advantage

Execution Discipline: Ability to follow company strategies with consistency and reliability

Proactive Attitude: Willingness to take initiative and support field activities

Communication Skills: Clear and professional communication with both customers and partners

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
