In this Sales Trainee position**

Administer sales sub function plans and processes to deliver business growth, profitability and enhance customer retention for a defined area/ territory in line with business strategy, financial objectives, Group guidelines and policies.

Administer sales plans covering sales forecasts, revenues, costs and budgets for a defined area/ territory.

Administer sales, marketing, customer retention, advertising, pricing and distribution plans for the territory/area.

Strengthen commercial exposure- Include participation in customer meetings, joint sales visits, and exposure to the quotation and negotiation process.

Assist formulate concept to manage critical pricing policies, monitor profitability against targets and manage price re-negotiation.

Perform reconciliation of sales, revenues and costs against forecasts to identify problem areas.

Identify and highlight improvement areas based on pipeline reporting in collaboration with sales effectiveness.

Apply prescribed processes to research market trends and customer requirements and support translation of products/ services into solutions to meet their needs.

Support coordination to implement customer strategies, contract negotiations, cross selling activities and supply chain management processes.

Administer sales support processes and tools to ensure sales force effectiveness.
