This role is ideal for a strategic sourcer who thrives on market research, creative sourcing, and long‑term relationship building with qualified candidates across multiple roles and industries.
Key Responsibilities** ********
**Build and maintain talent pipelines for high‑demand and recurring roles **
Source candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and niche platforms
Conduct initial candidate screenings to evaluate skills, experience, and interest
Maintain an organized database of active and passive candidates
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements
Track sourcing metrics and provide pipeline status updates
Develop creative and data‑driven sourcing strategies
Stay up to date on market trends and sourcing best practices

2+ years of experience in recruitment sourcing or talent acquisition
