We are looking for a highly proactive Talent Acquisition Sourcer / Pipeline Builder****with a strong hunter mentality to support high‑volume hiring efforts.This role is not a full‑cycle recruiter position—it is heavily focused on active sourcing, outreach, and pipeline generation, with a strong emphasis on sales‑driven skills, persuasion, and follow‑up.

The ideal candidate enjoys searching for talent, initiating contact, and “selling” opportunities to potential candidates using advanced sourcing tools.**

🕒 Monday to Friday — 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM (Kenya Time)**

📌 Start Date: April 27**

✅ Mandatory Requirements** • 2+ years of experience in Talent Sourcing, Talent Acquisition, or Recruitment Support**roles.

• Proven experience independently building and managing talent pipelines.

• Strong expertise is required** in LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and Boolean Search (non‑negotiable).

•Highly proactive, hunter‑style profile with a sales‑driven mindset.**

•Background in Customer Care, Telesales, or HR‑related roles**

• Ability to work with targets and high sourcing volume.

• Strong time management, organization, and follow‑up skills.

• Ability to work autonomously in a fast‑paced environment.

• Advanced functional English

✅ Responsibilities • Proactively build and maintain talent pipelines for high‑demand and recurring positions.**

• Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Boolean Search**, referrals, networking, and specialized platforms.**

• Execute outbound outreach to active and passive candidates with a sales‑oriented approach.

• Conduct initial screenings to assess interest level, skills, and general role fit.

• Maintain organized databases of active and passive candidates.

• Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and target profiles.

• Perform consistent follow‑ups with talent leads, similar to a sales process.

• Track sourcing metrics and provide regular pipeline performance updates.

• Develop creative and effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.

• Stay up to date on market trends, talent availability, and sourcing best practices.
