Key Roles

  • Serve as the main link between clients and Helvino Technologies.

  • Drive revenue growth and close new business deals.

  • Represent the company professionally in all engagements.

  • Provide market insights to improve offerings and strategy.

**1. Business Development ****

Identify and generate new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, referrals, and digital channels.

Research and target potential clients across industries needing IT, cybersecurity, networking, and surveillance solutions.

  • Maintain a strong and active sales pipeline.
  1. Client Relationship Management****
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships.

Understand client needs and recommend suitable technology solutions.

  • Conduct follow-ups and identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
  1. Product & Service Promotion****
  • Present and demonstrate company solutions effectively.

Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
  1. Sales Targets & Reporting****
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Maintain accurate CRM records.

  • Provide sales reports and forecasts.
  1. Collaboration****
  • Work with technical teams to ensure solution delivery.

Coordinate with marketing for lead generation activities.

Qualifications****

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.

Proven experience in sales (preferably in IT/Tech).

Strong understanding of B2B sales.

  • Must be available to start immediately.

Skills****

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to explain technical solutions clearly.

Results-driven and self-motivated.

CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency.

Compensation** Salary Range: KES 35,000 – KES 70,000 (based on experience)
