We are hiring a Customer & Job Controller** to manage customer communication, job tracking, and administrative accuracy across the workshop.**

Experience in the automotive industry is not required**.

Education
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, Logistics, or a related field
Equivalent practical experience in a structured work environment will be considered

Key Responsibilities

Handle calls, WhatsApp, and walk-in customers professionally.

Open and manage job cards.

Ensure all vehicles are properly documented (photos, mileage, concerns)

Track job progress and follow up internally.

Prepare and send quotations and invoices.

Record expenses daily with proper documentation.

Follow up on parts and update job status.
