Position: Sales / Business Development Consultant**

Compensation:**

Basic Salary: KES 50,000

Commission: Attractive commission on closed deals

Accelerator: Higher commission rates on exceeded targets

A leading Recruitment & Corporate Training Services company in East Africa is seeking highly motivated Sales / Business Development Consultants to drive new client acquisition for our services. This role combines lead generation, consultative B2B sales, and relationship building with business owners and senior decision-makers. The ideal candidate is energetic, resilient, reliable and passionate about growing business opportunities in the professional services sector.

Key Responsibilities**

Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, referrals, networking, and events

Identify and prospect organizations that require recruitment and training services

Conduct discovery meetings with potential clients to understand their hiring or leadership development needs

Present the company’s recruitment and training solutions to decision-makers

Prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements

Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals

Maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities and update CRM systems regularly

Build long-term client relationships with various professionals and business leaders

Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets

Minimum Requirements****

Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field

Minimum 3 years B2B sales experience in the service industry (mandatory)

Proven track record of meeting and/or exceeding sales targets

Strong communication skills in English and Swahili

Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills

Strong self-discipline and ability to work independently

Experience selling HR, recruitment, consulting, or training services
