What you’ll do

  • Reply to guests on Airbnb, WhatsApp, phone, and email

  • Help coordinate check-ins, check-outs, cleaning, and maintenance

  • Support property inspections and quality checks

  • Keep owners updated on bookings and property issues

  • Help with marketing, content, and social media support

  • Assist in bringing in new properties and business opportunities

  • Keep records organized and support daily operations

Who this role is for

  • Reliable and can be trusted to follow through

  • Calm under pressure and able to solve problems quickly

  • Strong communicator in spoken and written English

  • Hands-on and comfortable moving between the office and properties

  • Proactive and able to spot problems early

  • Detail-oriented

  • Hungry to learn and grow fast

This role is probably not for you if:

  • You need constant supervision

  • You are slow to reply or struggle with follow-up

  • You do not enjoy fast-paced work

  • You are not comfortable being in the field when needed

  • You are looking for a relaxed or routine internship

Requirements

  • Own laptop

  • Reliable smartphone

  • Stable internet and airtime/data

  • Flexibility with working hours, including some weekends or evenings when needed

  • Willingness to travel to properties when required

  • Strong English communication

Nice to have

  • Experience in hospitality, customer service, real estate, or sales

  • Social media or content creation skills

  • Knowledge of the local property market

Pay

  • KES 15,000/month to start

  • After 2 months, strong performers may move to KES 30,000/month

  • Clear growth path for people who prove themselves
