Lead the development and implementation of human resource strategy ensuring alignment with the approved corporate strategy.

Proactively advise the company ensuring the development of policies and practices that ensure compliance with best practice in family business management and related labor regulations.

Review job description and qualifications ensuring effective HR requirements.

Check and confirm muster roll for all departments.

Make and effect the leave roster for all departments.

Advise the preparation of HR budget, monitor expenditure and effectively address any variances.

Formulate and facilitate an effective Performance Appraisal Policy, Procedures and ensure its compliance.

Advise and facilitate training and talent development within the company.

At all times stay abreast of and familiarize with industry specific information, and trends while advising the company i.e. Union issues and other legal issues.

Prepare concise and timely periodic relevant human resource progress reports/correspondence.

Ensure custody and confidentiality of all company information and documents at all times.

Provide guidance, review performance appraisals and develop assigned staff.

Prepare payroll for all general staffing and statutory.

Lead the recruitment process and do background checks.
