Key Responsibilities
Coordinate service schedules, maintenance visits, and installations for coffee equipment
Liaise between clients and technicians to ensure timely resolution of technical issues
Log and track service requests, faults, and maintenance activities
Prepare and manage service reports and technical documentation
Monitor spare parts inventory and coordinate procurement when needed
Follow up on pending technical jobs to ensure completion and client satisfaction
Assist in onboarding clients on basic equipment use and care where required
Support field-based sales activities across Kenya, with occasional regional assignments
Assist in market development and client acquisition initiatives
Handle customer engagement, inquiries, and relationship follow-up
Prepare quotations, sales documentation, and support technical sales processes
Maintain sales pipeline tracking, reporting, and follow-up coordination
Provide office-based administrative and coordination support to the Coffee Division
Support exhibitions, product activations, and technical sales coordination where required
Minimum Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, Engineering, or a related field
At least 1.5 years’ experience in sales, marketing, office support, or technical coordination (preferably in a commercial or equipment-based environment)
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
Strong ability in professional email communication and documentation
Experience in quotations, customer service, or service coordination will be an added advantage
Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills
