We’re passionate about connecting people through interactive digital experiences and are now seeking an experienced. Affiliate Marketing Manager to drive our affiliate growth strategy. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute Gametosha’s overall affiliate marketing strategy. 
  • Recruit, onboard, and manage relationships with new and existing affiliates to maximize performance and ROI. 
  • Monitor and analyze affiliate performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. 
  • Negotiate and manage contracts, commissions, and incentive structures with affiliates and partners. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams (content, design, product, and analytics) to align affiliate campaigns with company goals. 
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and brand guidelines. 
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to maintain Gametosha’s competitive advantage. 
  • Prepare regular performance reports and present insights to management. 

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. 
  • Minimum of 1 ½ years to 3 years of proven experience in affiliate marketing, preferably in the gaming, entertainment, or digital sector. 
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics, attribution models, and digital marketing channels. 
  • Experience using affiliate marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Impact, CJ Affiliate, PartnerStack, or similar). 
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills. 
  • Strong analytical and reporting capabilities; proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools. 
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
