We’re passionate about connecting people through interactive digital experiences and are now seeking an experienced. Affiliate Marketing Manager to drive our affiliate growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Gametosha’s overall affiliate marketing strategy.
- Recruit, onboard, and manage relationships with new and existing affiliates to maximize performance and ROI.
- Monitor and analyze affiliate performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Negotiate and manage contracts, commissions, and incentive structures with affiliates and partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams (content, design, product, and analytics) to align affiliate campaigns with company goals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and brand guidelines.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to maintain Gametosha’s competitive advantage.
- Prepare regular performance reports and present insights to management.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 ½ years to 3 years of proven experience in affiliate marketing, preferably in the gaming, entertainment, or digital sector.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics, attribution models, and digital marketing channels.
- Experience using affiliate marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Impact, CJ Affiliate, PartnerStack, or similar).
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities; proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
