We are looking for a trained and experienced female Professional Nanny to join a private family household in Runda, Nairobi.

This is a live-in role in a structured home environment with young children. The position requires a high level of responsibility, attention, and professionalism.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate must have a strong background in early childhood care and development. She will support the children’s daily routines, learning, and well-being, while maintaining a safe, calm, and organized environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily care and supervision of young children

Planning and engaging in age-appropriate developmental activities

Supporting early learning (speech, motor skills, routines)

Maintaining a safe and structured environment at all times

Monitoring children’s health, behavior, and well-being

Assisting with feeding, sleep routines, and hygiene

Keeping children’s rooms, toys, and play areas clean and organized

Coordinating with the cook on children’s meals and feeding schedules

Requirements:

Formal training in childcare, early childhood development, or a related field (required)

Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as a nanny in a private home or structured environment

Basic first aid knowledge or certification (required)

Must have a valid certificate of good conduct

Must be willing to undergo a medical examination (required)

Calm, patient, and attentive personality

Strong sense of responsibility and organization

Ability to work independently and follow structured routines

High level of personal cleanliness and presentation
