SOS Children's Villages is an independent, non-governmental international development organization which has been working to meet the needs and protect the interests and rights of children since 1949.Tasks and Responsibilities  Perform statistical analyses (e.g. regression, clustering, forecasting, hypothesis testing) using tools such as Power BI, Python, or R with openness to large-language methods  Translate analytical objectives into clear data requirements and collaborate with data engineers to access suitable datasets  Develop analytical frameworks, KPIs, and indicators to evaluate organizational and program performance  Interpret and clearly communicate findings through reports, dashboards, and executive summaries  Ensure data quality, validation, and consistency in all analytical outputs  Advise on analytical use cases and data structures within the Global Data Hub  Collaborate with Business Analysts to design advanced Power BI reports, including predictive and statistical elements  Collect, analyze, and document system and data requirements of English/French speaking Member Associations   Support and mentor colleagues in data literacy and interpretation of analytical results  Ensure compliance with data protection, security, and ethical data usage standards  Provide support and consulting to French- and English-speaking Member Associations to enable them to succeed in their data project and allow them get the most out of Global Data Hub  Responsibilities to Uphold Safeguarding (standards) and Promote a Safe Environment  As someone working for or on behalf of SOS Children’s Villages, you are responsible for helping to create and maintain a safe and protective environment for staff, as well as for the children, young people, and adult programme participants supported and cared for by SOS Children’s Villages.
