Customer Care Manager - Africa (French Speaker)

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Perfect command of French and English, both spoken and written.

  • Good and quick understanding of customer needs

  • Highly organized, capable of working independently and managing time effectively

  • Strong prioritization skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure

  • Based in Nairobi, Kenya, or a member of the East African Community (EAC)

  • Managing a portfolio of approximately 1,000 clients (small businesses), finding the right balance between automation and personalized engagement based on individual needs

  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new Odoo customers, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources

  • To be the main point of contact for our clients, providing them with advice and support to improve their experience throughout their projects

  • Collaborate with our sales team to identify growth opportunities and develop strategies to expand our customer base.
