Requirements

Bachelor's Degree

Perfect command of French and English, both spoken and written.

Highly organized, capable of working independently and managing time effectively

Strong prioritization skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure

Based in Nairobi, Kenya, or a member of the East African Community (EAC)

Managing a portfolio of approximately 1,000 clients (small businesses), finding the right balance between automation and personalized engagement based on individual needs

Facilitate the onboarding process for new Odoo customers, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources

To be the main point of contact for our clients, providing them with advice and support to improve their experience throughout their projects

Collaborate with our sales team to identify growth opportunities and develop strategies to expand our customer base.
