Key Responsibilities

Assist in day-to-day IT support within the manufacturing plant

Support hardware and software troubleshooting

Assist in system maintenance and user support

Help monitor network and system performance

Document IT issues and resolutions

Support ERP or production-related systems (if applicable)Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology (Mandatory)

Previous experience in a manufacturing environment (Internship or attachment acceptable)

Basic knowledge of IT systems, hardware, and networking

Strong problem-solving skills

Good communication and teamwork skills
