The centre scooped 2nd Runner-Up nationally in the Public Sector at the recently concluded OSH Challenge, a prestigious competition that audits compliance with Occupational Safety and Health standards and all applicable laws, rules and regulations that keep workplaces safe and sound.The award was presented to KEMSA OSH Committee led by its Chair Dr. Curtis Marubu , during the vibrant World Day for Safety and Health at Work celebrations held right in Eldoret City, Uasin Gishu County.Gracing the occasion was Chief Guest Shadrack Mwadime, Principal Secretary in the State Department for Labour and Skills Development, who underscored the importance of strong safety cultures across institutions.This win didn’t come easy; it reflects KEMSA’s unwavering commitment to top-tier hygiene practices, robust OSH standards and fostering a positive psychosocial work environment. KEMSA OSH committee is not stopping there.
