✔ Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills

✔ Clear diction, proper grammar, and a professional phone manner

✔ Ability to explain complex processes simply and confidently

✔ Strong multitasking skills (speaking, typing, reading, and navigating systems)

✔ Proven reliability and teamwork experience in a call center or customer support setting

Key Responsibilities ✅ Take full ownership of customer issues, resolving them with care and urgency**

✅ Use probing questions to identify root causes and provide effective solutions

✅ Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and text****

✅ Communicate confidently with customers in German, Polish, Czech, and French**
