Stan Consulting Group Limited was established in the year 2009, with an objective of providing a wide range of consulting services to our clients. We (SCG Ltd) are NITA Approved trainer (NITA/TRN/805) and IHRM registered trainer (IHRM C00304). Roles/Duties & Responsibilities Identify and engage potential customers through walk-ins, referrals, and digital channels. Present and demonstrate vehicles to clients, highlighting features, specifications, and benefits. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicle options. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Manage the full sales process from lead generation to closing deals. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions. Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, promotions, and competitor offerings. Coordinate with internal teams (finance, logistics, and operations) to ensure smooth delivery of vehicles. Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns. Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field At least 5 years Proven experience in sales (automotive sales preferred) Be 30 years of age or older. Strong sales and negotiation skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work under pressure and meet targets Good understanding of automotive products and market trends Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office (especially Excel) Persuasive and confident presentation skills Basic knowledge of financing and sales processes Good understanding of customer service principles
