We examine issues of concern in depth and we have specialized in training which looks at the demand for potential success of Government, Local Government, Religious Bodies, Private Organizations, NGOâÂÂs, Voluntary Organizations and Community Organizations as well as the Private Sector.Role Objective: Our client is seeking to recruit a proactive, customer-focused, and results-driven Sales Representative to support business growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities Core Duties and Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new customers to increase sales opportunities Promote and sell workshop products and services to both individual and corporate clients Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide accurate product/service information Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth Prepare and submit regular sales reports including daily, weekly, and monthly updates Handle customer concerns professionally and ensure timely resolution Follow up on leads and convert prospects into active customers Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions Support promotional campaigns, marketing activities, and brand awareness initiatives Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities Provide feedback on customer preferences, product performance, and stock demand Ensure products are well presented and displayed where necessary Carry out any additional sales-related duties assigned by management Job Specifications and Qualifications: Diploma or Certificate in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales; experience in a workshop or technical environment will be an added advantage Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Key Competencies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion abilities Customer-focused with a results-oriented approach Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment Good problem-solving and organizational skills High level of integrity and professionalism Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively within a team
