The hospital is equipped throughout with leading-edge equipment that has become one of the hallmarks of the Nakuru Medical IndustryKey Responsibilities Expert Imaging: Perform and interpret a wide range of ultrasound scans and general radiography procedures with high accuracy and attention to detail. Clinical Excellence: Deliver prompt, high-quality reports and images to clinicians to ensure timely patient diagnosis and treatment. Patient-Centered Care: Guide patients through imaging procedures, addressing their concerns and ensuring their comfort throughout the process. Quality & Compliance: Maintain meticulous patient records and adhere to imaging SOPs, safety protocols, and regulatory standards. Operational Integrity: Safely operate and calibrate advanced imaging equipment; monitor and manage consumables to minimize waste and ensure efficiency. Collaboration: Work seamlessly with the broader clinical team and mentor junior staff/interns to maintain a culture of excellence and professional growth. What We Are Looking For Qualifications & Experience: Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Imaging Sciences, Radiography, or Sonography from a recognized institution. Licensing: Valid license/registration with the relevant professional body (e.g., Radiation Protection Board / Society of Radiographers). Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in a busy hospital or diagnostic center. Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated expertise in ultrasound scanning, image interpretation, and general radiography. Familiarity with PACS systems and imaging software is essential. Core Competencies: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. High ethical standards and a commitment to patient confidentiality. Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic healthcare environment.
