Duties include performing standard aviation operations and ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: Providing ground handling and servicing for arriving and departing aircraft, including refueling, towing, and securing as required. Following and performing Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) standard marshalling commands, ensuring safe and efficient aircraft movements on the ground. Supporting aircraft maintenance checks, inspections, and operational activities under supervision. Coordinating with T-Line supervisors and other team members to ensure timely servicing of all aircraft. Operating ground support equipment (GSE) and other vehicles in compliance with safety protocols. Assisting in the implementation of procedures for safe handling of large-body aircraft operations, ensuring all activities are conducted in accordance with aviation industry and organizational standards. Identifying and resolving minor maintenance or servicing issues when required or escalating them to the appropriate personnel. Maintaining records of services performed and reporting any discrepancies or issues encountered during servicing activities. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Minimum two (2) years of general aircraft maintenance experience. (Experience with large-body aircraft is preferred.) Demonstrated understanding of FAA standard marshalling commands and ability to perform these tasks confidently. Must possess a current and valid driver’s license (U.S. or International). Knowledge of aviation ground handling practices and procedures, with an emphasis on safety compliance. High school diploma or equivalent. Must be in possession of a valid passport and be able to travel internationally. Passport should be valid for a minimum of one (1) year or more at the time of hiring. Ability to successfully pass contract medical requirements and maintain requirements for the duration of deployment. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Formal aviation ground handling certifications or related training. Previous experience in servicing large-body aircraft operations, including cargo and passenger aircraft. Familiarity with Air Mobility Command (AMC) procedures and best practices. Prior experience in an OCONUS (Outside the Continental United States) operational environment or austere environments with a multi-national workforce. Valid country driver’s license and passport. Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
