Maintain oversight of the timelines of activities and work with partners and consultants to ensure activities are delivered on time and to high technical standards. Proactively flag any risks to meeting deadlines and work with the Team Leader to design and execute mitigation strategies. Technical oversight and support Develop clear Terms of Reference for Technical Assistance providers. Provide technical oversight of AMR inputs provided by partners and consultants in country Identify any concerns with technical inputs and work with the Team Leader partners and consultants to rectify these Review technical deliverables and products, as relevant.  Where necessary, provide mentoring and technical support to consultants to ensure harmonised and high-quality implementation. Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders Maintain strong and positive relationships with national stakeholders and governance bodies related to AMR. Keep up to date with the AMR situation within the country, providing recommendations to ensure activities respond to emerging threats. Other duties:  Support the development and refinement of workplans Support the Team Leader and work with country teams, partners, and consultants to coordinate reporting (monthly updates, quarterly / annual reports) to FCDO, with a particular focus on drawing out key achievements and lessons. Represent and act as an ambassador for TDDAP2 and Palladium both internally and externally at relevant meetings, events and workshops and actively seek opportunities for collaboration.  Essential Criteria: Doctor of Medicine, Doctor of Veterinary Medicine, Degree in Public Health, Health Sciences, Biological Sciences, Laboratory Sciences, Microbiology, Pharmacy or other graduate qualification related to One Health and Antimicrobial Resistance (AMR) A master’s degree or demonstrable postgraduate experience working directly in public health, epidemiology, biosciences, AMR, or a health-related topic. At least 10 years’ experience working in the field of Public Health, ideally with government, or statutory bodies. At least 5 years’ experience working in Global Health Security and AMR Excellent project management skills, with experience developing, implementing and monitoring programme workplans. Proven experience delivering technical assistance programming to high quality standard. Excellent stakeholder relationship and networking skills with the ability to quickly develop authentic relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience contributing to technical reports, and presenting at regional or global forums. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities, while ensuring high-quality, harmonised technical oversight. Fluency in English required; alongside proficiency in one or more local languages.
