At least 5 years' experience in HR, preferably in a multi-country role;

Proven experience collaborating with diverse stakeholders to deliver results;

Experience training HR employees and managers;

Fluency in both French and English — mandatory for both languages; **

At least a Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration or Social Sciences.

Provide technical advice and support to HR teams and country management;

Review and ensure compliance of national employees handbooks, salary scales and CO policies with DRC global policies and local labour law;

Monitor and support the rollout of global HR policies and initiatives in assigned countries;

Conduct HR compliance audits and develop corrective action plans with the HR Partner;

Build capacity of HR teams and managers on HR policies, processes and systems, including DRC Voices (engagement survey);

Lead or participate recruitment processes for senior positions in portfolio countries;

Support onboarding of senior employees in country operations;

Contribute to global HR team projects and initiatives (up to 20% of working time)
