Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates. Support onboarding and orientation of new employees. Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports. Assist in fulfilling manpower requirements within timelines. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good organization and coordination abilities. Recruitment experience is an added advantage. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
