We work with a diverse team of experts in strategic HR management and acquisition that delivers local solutions for global business success.Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales and business development strategies aligned with company goals Lead, coach, and manage the sales team to achieve revenue and performance targets Identify and pursue new business opportunities across Kenya and East Africa Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare institutions, distributors, and key stakeholders Conduct market research and monitor industry trends to support business growth Deliver product presentations and demonstrations to clients and partners Lead negotiations, close contracts, and ensure compliance with company policies Track sales performance metrics and prepare management reports Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales and business development within the medical equipment or consumables sector Proven success in driving revenue growth and expanding market share Strong leadership and team management experience Experience working with distributors is an added advantage Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Willingness to travel frequently across the region Salary: KSh 100,000 + Commissions
