Qualifications & Requirements College graduate: a paramedical course is preferred but not required.(Preferably Male) Preferably at least 6 months of BPO experience with healthcare. Preferably with AHIMA CCS-P or AAPC CPC Coding certifications (this is a plus but not required) or an equivalent certification. Ability to understand and comprehend medical terminologies. Ability to conduct internet searches and navigate multiple websites. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools. Flexible to accommodate different shift jobs, including night shifts and must be staying within Kitengela, Athi River, or nearby areas.
