Qualifications:**

·      Educational Background**:**

Certificate or Diploma in a sale related course.

·      Experience**: Minimum of 1 years of experience working with check-off loans, either in sales or Business Development. ( Is an added advantage)**

Key Skills**:

o     Business Development/ Field sales experience.

o     Strong analytical abilities with exceptional attention to detail.

o     Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

o     Creative problem-solving abilities in mitigating compliance risks.

o     Ability to uphold high ethical standards and integrity in all aspects of work.

o     Self-driven and result oriented person

·  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with financial software (an added advantage).

  •  Collect and submit quality leads to Mogo via partners portal https://www.mogo.co.ke/partners

  • Participating in the daily marketing activations for Mogo Checkoff product

  • Meet and surpass daily, weekly and monthly assigned disbursement targets

  • Represent mogo checkoff product and the brand in their areas of domicele

  • Liaising with the sales team leaders and captains to design marketing rout plans and strategies.

  • Generate; Daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.

  • Collecting (and submitting!) quality leads from the field that convert to sales

  • Searching and onboarding new institutions + building great relationship with partner institutions.

  • Train partner institutions on how make applications and more about Check-Off products.

  • Evaluate market trends, gather competitor information, identifies trends that affects future growth of check-off loans.

  • Provide feedback from the field to management
