Experience:**

5+ years of digital marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or managerial role.

Proven track record managing paid budgets of KES 1 million or more per month.

Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and at least one CRM or ESP platform.

Strong analytics capability in GA4, Looker Studio, or equivalent.

Background in fintech, FMCG, or financial services preferred.
Own and execute paid media strategy across Google, Meta, and TikTok for all product lines.

Lead SEO and SEM, ensuring Mogo ranks for high-intent fintech and asset finance keywords in Kenya.

Manage email and SMS automation workflows covering lead nurture, onboarding, and retention.

Set up and own digital attribution and analytics using GA4, Meta Pixel, and custom dashboards.

Collaborate with Product Managers on campaign briefs and landing page optimisation per product.

Manage digital agency relationships and quarterly budget allocation

Deliver weekly and monthly reporting on CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, and channel ROI.
