Educational Background:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in marketing support, field coordination, or similar roles (experience in telecom, smartphone financing, digital lending, or BNPL sectors is a plus)

Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.

Good understanding of offline and field marketing strategies.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace;

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Willingness to travel regularly across Kenya

Fluency in English and Swahili
Field Marketing Support:**

Assist in planning and executing on-ground activations, dealer events, and product demos in coordination with the sales team.

Conduct regular visits to retail locations to ensure brand compliance and gather market insights

Support dealer branding initiatives including store signage, promotional setup, and merchandising.

Capture and report on-field marketing data, photos, and customer feedback.

Work closely with sales team to understand field needs and align marketing support.

Monitor and report on the effectiveness of campaigns at the field level.

Coordinate the production and distribution of marketing materials

Track inventory of promotional items and ensure timely restocking.

Manage marketing-related documentation, files, reports, and budgets.

Liaise with vendors, printers, and suppliers for campaign execution.
