Kenya Medical Research Institute (KEMRI) is a State Corporation established through the Science and Technology (Amendment) Act of 1979, which has since been amended to Science, Technology and Innovation Act 2013. The 1979 Act established KEMRI as a National body responsible for carrying out health research in Kenya.Key Responsibilities: Support practice facilitators in implementing the hypertension telehealth intervention in the assigned health facilities Assist the health facility teams in adopting and integrating the hypertension telehealth intervention into routine workflows Assist in the training and coordination of CHPs to conduct hypertension screening and home-based follow-up visits in the community Support the CHP champions and clinic champions during the adoption of the telehealth hypertension intervention in the clinics and community Assist in organizing and participating in facility meetings and community engagement activities Assist in training and mentorship of CHPs in conducting hypertension screening, referral and home-based follow-up visits Assist in troubleshooting the eCHIS/ Taifa care health information systems Support data collection processes, including ensuring completeness and accuracy of study recordsBottom of Form Reinforce adherence to protocols and the intervention workflows Act as a liaison between the study team, health facility staff, and community stakeholders Vacancy Requirements: Diploma in Community Health, Social Work, Information Technology or related fields Mandatory Computer proficient with good knowledge of Microsoft Office) Mandatory Planning skills Mandatory Communication and reporting skills Mandatory Interpersonal skills Mandatory Team player Mandatory
