REQUIREMENTSAcademic Qualifications**

• Must have Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery, and a Masters in Medicine in Obstetrics and Gynecology

• Or Member College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (MRCOG) and Fellow college of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (FRCOG)

• Fellowship or PhD added advantage

Experience**

The Candidate should

• Be a member of relevant professional bodies

•  Have evidence of contribution to University/Research Institution through activities such as participation in Departmental management, students' academic /research advising, school or University/Institutional meetings, committee membership and related matters

• Demonstrate community involvement (e.g. member of BOG)

Applicants should demonstrate

• Teach/conduct research and supervise students and /or staff

• Design and develop academic programs and curricula

Publications

• Minimum of one publication will be an added advantage
