Internationally we are affiliated with the Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile (FIA) which represents over 100 million motorists worldwide.Job Summary; Reporting to the Head of Membership, the Corporate Relationship Officer will be responsible for driving growth in corporate membership through the acquisition of new members, effective management of existing corporate accounts, and promotion of AA Kenya membership products and benefits. The role focuses on increasing membership uptake, renewals, and delivering exceptional value to corporate clients across various sectors. Key Responsibilities Identify and onboard new corporate and individual membership clients. Promote AA Kenya membership packages to target sectors. Drive membership sales to insurance companies, corporates, SMEs, SACCOs, and other institutions. Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of corporate membership accounts. Ensure timely renewal of memberships and minimise lapses. Conduct client presentations and membership awareness sessions. Maintain regular engagement with client organisations. Handle membership inquiries, onboarding, and documentation processes. Maintain accurate records of leads, sales, and renewals in the CRM system. Achieve daily, monthly, and annual membership sales targets. Gather client feedback to improve membership offerings continuously. Minimum job requirements: For appointment to this position, one must have: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. At least 2–4 years’ experience in sales, relationship management, insurance, or the services industry. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong sales, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. Excellent relationship management and networking abilities with the capacity to engage corporate clients confidently. Experience working with corporates, SMEs, SACCOs, or institutions will be an added advantage. Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and of high integrity.
