Requirements

1–2 years of experience in sales

Experience in insurance, insurtech, fintech, or distribution sales is an advantage

Motor insurance sales experience is a strong plus

Strong pipeline management and CRM discipline

Proven ability to work against targets and deliver results

Recruit and onboard new insurance agents onto the platform

Conduct demos and explain the value of Agencify clearly and confidently

Support agents to complete onboarding and make their first transaction

Maintain strong follow-up to convert leads into active transacting agents

Build relationships with agents and keep them engaged through campaigns, updates, and support

Track pipeline progress and update CRM daily

Contribute directly to WAT growth and GWP generation
