What we’re looking for:

Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related)

2–5 years in a power plant, sugar, or industrial setup

Comfortable working shifts

Strong hands-on mechanical skills

Operate and monitor boilers, turbines, conveyors, and fuel systems

Keep the plant running safely and efficiently

Spot issues early and fix or escalate quickly

Maintain logs and support maintenance teams
