Key responsibilities Lead the design, standardisation, and implementation of operational systems and processes across all hospital functions to ensure efficiency and consistency. Develop and oversee performance dashboards and reporting frameworks that provide leadership with accurate, actionable data to support decision-making. Drive revenue growth and patient volume by improving service utilisation, patient conversion rates, and overall operational performance. Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless patient flow, service delivery, and alignment between clinical and support teams. Ensure operational consistency, performance alignment, and best practice implementation across multiple branches and locations. Oversee marketing, sales, institutional partnerships, and the operational rollout of new service lines to support business growth and expansion. Key Qualifications Minimum of 10–15 years’ experience in senior leadership roles within complex service-driven organisations, with a proven ability to lead large, multi-functional teams. Demonstrated success in implementing operational systems, driving performance management initiatives, and improving organisational efficiency. Strong commercial and operational acumen, with the ability to deliver measurable results in environments where operations, people, and data intersect. MBA, MHA, or other relevant postgraduate qualification preferred. A collaborative and data-driven leadership style, with excellent communication skills and the ability to engage effectively across executive, clinical, and administrative teams. High ethical standards and strong values alignment, with the ability to thrive in a purpose-driven, mission-oriented organisation focused on service excellence and community impact.
