Role Summary

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Client Service Coordinator (CSC) to support the delivery of our leadership and performance solutions. The role focuses on planning, coordinating, and executing client programmes to ensure exceptional service delivery and a seamless client experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute training programmes and client engagements
  • Ensure readiness of all delivery resources (facilitators, materials, venues, equipment)
  • Manage logistics, schedules, and timelines for successful programme delivery
  • Support facilitators to ensure high-quality execution of sessions
  • Coordinate client communication and ensure a positive participant experience
  • Track programme feedback and support continuous improvement
  • Maintain accurate records, systems, and operational processes

Requirements

  • Strong planning, organisation, and coordination skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and teamwork
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
