Data & Tracking:** Maintain shared spreadsheets and update ticketing platforms with high precision, ensuring data integrity across all teams.**

Process Innovation:** Collaborate on process updates and document changes to improve the efficiency of our onboarding flow.**

Documentation:** Create exceptional SOPs and end-user guides for both technical and non-technical audiences.**
