The successful candidates will be responsible for sending outreach emails to prospective clients, following up on responses and maintaining professional communication with leads. This role is ideal for someone interested in digital communication, sales outreach and customer engagement.  KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Send outreach and promotional emails to prospective clients using the provided contact lists.  Respond to email inquiries professionally and in a timely manner.  Follow up with leads and maintain ongoing communication where necessary.  Keep records of sent emails, responses and client interactions.  Support the team in nurturing potential client relationships.  Ensure all communication reflects the company's brand and professionalism.  Assist in organising and updating email databases and contact lists.  Work closely with the team to improve outreach effectiveness.  Requirements  Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Public Relations or a related field.  Strong with written communication and interpersonal skills.  Professional email etiquette and attention to detail.  Good organisational and time management skills.
