You will manage the day-to-day operations of TC4A's Nairobi HQ — office, vendors, travel, logistics, and team support — and provide administrative backbone to country teams across our markets. Key responsibilities Manage the Nairobi office: facilities, supplies, IT coordination, vendor contracts Coordinate domestic and international travel, visas, and accommodation for staff and partners Plan and coordinate internal and external events — workshops, partner meetings, client visits Maintain organized records: contracts, MoUs, insurance policies, statutory documents Support HR administration: onboarding, leave tracking, contracts, staff records Process vendor invoices, expense reports, and reimbursements in coordination with Finance Manage procurement of office and program supplies; ensure value for money Support country offices with administrative requests as needed Provide executive support to the CEO when required Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field 3–5 years in an administrative or office management role Demonstrated experience coordinating travel and logistics across multiple countries Strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle competing priorities Fluent in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) and Microsoft Office Excellent written and spoken English
