Role Description The Customer Growth Intern will support our hybrid efforts to bridge customer success and organic marketing. Working closely with our founding team, you will help assist our existing users, ensuring they get the most out of our technology, while also helping draft high quality content (such as industry blogs and educational articles).

Key Responsibilities Customer Support Assistance: Help serve as a point of contact for our existing customers. Assist in resolving inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a seamless user experience. Content Creation: Draft, edit, and help manage professional content, including blog posts, case studies and user guides that articulate the value of our AI solutions. Growth Initiatives: Support the team in identifying opportunities for current clients to expand their use of our tools. User Feedback: Help monitor and consolidate customer feedback to share with the product development team for future AI features.

Qualifications Education: Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Marketing, Communications, Business, Tech, or a related field. Exceptional Communication: Strong writing skills with a portfolio or examples of high quality, professional copywriting (such as academic papers, blogs, or articles). Technical Aptitude: A genuine curiosity about Artificial Intelligence and the ability to learn complex technical concepts quickly. Driven to Learn: Highly organized, proactive, and eager to absorb feedback and develop new skills in a professional startup environment.
