To lead procurement as a strategic, digitally enabled, and system-led function, delivering value through cost optimisation, supply continuity, and strong governance, while ensuring all procurement activities are executed through fully digital Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Finance, Engineering or related field

Professional supply chain qualification from a recognised institution/membership of a professional body, i.e., KISM or CIPS.

Must be a professional member of the Institute of Supplies Management with a valid practising license
Experience**
-
Minimum 6 years’ procurement experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role

Proven track record in strategic sourcing and contract management
-
Demonstrated experience leading or significantly contributing to ERP implementation, upgrade, or optimisation (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Dynamics)

Proven experience delivering digital / system-led procurement transformation (e.g., workflows, eProcurement, catalogues)

Experience in energy, infrastructure, or asset-intensive industries is an advantage
Strategic Procurement & Category Management

Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned to LTWP’s operational and financial objectives
-
Lead sourcing and negotiation of high-value and critical contracts (e.g logistics, insurance)
-
Develop, implement and maintain a Category Management System at LTWP to enable efficient management of the function and value addition in key categories.

Drive total cost of ownership (TCO) optimization across all spend categories
Contract & Supplier Management

Oversee contract lifecycle management including negotiation, execution, and renewals

Establish and lead supplier relationship management (SRM) frameworks and performance reviews
-
Ensure supplier compliance with contractual, HSE, and quality standards
Governance, Risk & Compliance

Enforce procurement policies, Delegation of Authority (DoA), and Segregation of Duties (SoD)

Review and continuously improve LTWP’s Procurement Policies and Procedures to align with best practice.

Mitigate procurement and supply chain risks, including single-source dependencies

Ensure full auditability and traceability of procurement transactions through system controls

Reduce maverick spend and ensure audit readiness
Stakeholder Management

Partner with Operations, Maintenance, Finance, and Legal teams to align procurement with business needs

Support maintenance planning and ensure availability of critical spares and services
-
Provide strategic insights and reporting to CFO and Executive Committee
Digital Procurement & Systems Leadership

Lead the transition to a fully digital, system-led Source-to-Pay (S2P) function
-
Eliminate reliance on Excel, email-based, or manual procurement processes
-
Implement and enforce workflow-driven requisitioning, approvals, sourcing, and ordering
-
Drive adoption of catalog-based and guided buying for low-value procurement
-
Ensure high-quality vendor and item master data governance
-
Champion automation and increase touchless processing rates
-
Lead SAP Business One optimisation and readiness for future ERP (e.g., S/4HANA)

Drive organisation-wide adoption through structured change management and training
