The job holder is responsible for providing strategic direction on the company’s Human Resource by managing the employee life cycle to maximize the productivity of the organization by optimizing the effectiveness of the employees.** Qualifications**
Bachelors degree in human resource management from a recognized university
Must be Prepared to serve anywhere in any of the business areas in Kenya

Implementing Human Resource policy and procedures and the Collective Bargaining Agreement.

Participating in the talent acquisition and placement process and on-boarding new employees.

Coordinating training programs

Implementing & coordinating performance management programs.

Managing and maintaining employee medical and wellness scheme.

Maintaining compliance with all labor and employment laws and regulations
