The Mirema dream started off way back in 1997 when a couple called for a family meeting to share their desire to start a school. Mirema School, a Christian based primary school offering the 2.6.6.3/8.4.4 curriculum, International British Curriculum & Special Needs Curriculum.Responsibilities Assist in ingredients preparations this includes (chopping, peeling, sorting, cutting, etc.) Prepare and serve meals for learners, staff and during events. Ensure timely serving of all meals throughout the day. Ensure there is a constant supply of clean and fresh water for cleaning and cooking. Participate in food preparation and follow cooks' instructions on general kitchen operation. Ensure a great presentation by dressing dishes before they are served. Follow cooks' instructions on menus accordingly to ensure proper nutrition and healthy eating. Requirements. Diploma/Certificate in Food production or catering. 3 years' relevant experience. Valid certificate of good conduct. Valid food handler's certificate. Skills and Attributes Strong Interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent Customer care skills. Computer skills. Creativity and problem-solving ability.
