Job Specifications:

Either a Diploma in Community Health Nursing (KRCHN), Public Health, or related field

At least one (1) year of continuous clinical experience with ANC, Maternity and Rural health experience.

Experience in research and as a community health officer will an added advantage
-
Basic computer literacy, with willingness to learn REDCap data entry systems
-
Good communication and interpersonal skills suitable for community and facility engagement
-
Ability to work effectively in both facility and community settings
-
Willingness to learn, follow instructions, and work under supervision
-
Previous experience in research or health-related programs is an added advantage
-
Assist in identifying and directing potentially eligible participants at the health facility to the study room in line with the study procedures.

Support smooth participant flow during study visits, ensuring orderly movement through study procedures
-
Enter study data into REDCap as guided, ensuring accuracy and timely submission of information
-
Maintain and update simple study registers and tracking logs for screening, visits and follow-up of the study participants.

Make reminder calls or messages to participants regarding upcoming study appointments and visits
-
Follow up participants who miss scheduled visits to support retention and reduce loss to follow-up
-
Assist with participants time/transport reimbursement and other duties as assigned.

Assist in preparation, organization, and safekeeping of study materials, forms and workspace

Support community mobilization activities in collaboration with community health promoters when required
-
Follow instructions from supervisors at all times and maintain strict confidentiality of participant information.
